BIF Training · v0.9 pilot
BIF Foundations
Practical brokerage operational literacy for people who need to understand how a brokerage function actually works.
Learn through the BIF platform at your own pace. Follow a transaction across its systems, calculate its consequences and work through the decisions an operator needs to make.
01 — Format
Seven modules, applied to real brokerage workflows
- Self-paced
- Progress saved on the BIF platform.
- Approximately 7–9 hours
- Course timing remains subject to pilot validation.
- Practical learning
- Worked cases, multi-stage exercises and scored knowledge checks.
- Operational capstone
- Bring the seven modules together in a final case.
Modules build in sequence. Knowledge-check retakes and instructional feedback help participants revisit difficult areas before moving on. Pilot feedback follows the capstone and forms part of v0.9 completion.

04 — Completion
BIF Foundations Certificate of Completion
Participants receive a Certificate of Completion after completing the required learning, exercises, module checks, operational capstone and pilot feedback.
The certificate records course completion only. It is not professional certification, regulatory accreditation, competence certification, a licence, a formal qualification, a guarantee of competence or an independent BIF Diagnostic classification.
Training develops capability. BIF Diagnostic independently assesses capability. Operating authority remains subject to the firm’s permissions, approvals and supervision.
