Privacy Notice
Designing Quiet Ltd, as the operator of Broker Intelligence Framework and the data controller, collects only the information reasonably required to respond to enquiries, operate the website, deliver Training and assessment services, provide requested materials and understand site use where permitted. This may include your name, email, organisation, role, enquiry details and limited technical or analytics data.

Broker Intelligence Framework is a Designing Quiet Ltd product. Designing Quiet Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17531532, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
Data Submission Warning
Do not submit confidential client or employer operating data.
The enquiry form and Training responses must not include client data, credentials, trading records or confidential incident material. Ordinary participant identity and sponsoring-firm details are used where required to deliver the service.
Data Purposes and Processors
Information is processed exclusively to deliver the requested operational capability development and scenario-based assessment materials, or to respond to specific enquiries. Data is processed using the following infrastructure:
- Hosting: Vercel
- Database: Neon Postgres
- Authentication: Auth.js (NextAuth)
- Forms: Processed directly via Next.js Server Actions
- Email Delivery: Resend
- Analytics: No third-party analytics services are currently integrated or tracking usage.
Training Participant Records
To provide BIF Training, we process participant identity and contact details, the assigning firm where applicable, enrolment and invitation records, lesson progress, exercise responses, knowledge-check answers and attempts, capstone progress, completion and certificate records, and pilot feedback. We also record timestamps and limited activity-duration signals to support course administration and pilot evaluation. These signals do not measure learning or attention; an open browser is not treated as learning time.
Designing Quiet Ltd administrators use these records to deliver BIF access, provide support, review course progress and improve the pilot. For firm-sponsored enrolments, progress and completion information may be shared with the assigning firm. Detailed exercise and knowledge-check answers are not included in the normal management view. Training completion does not create or change a BIF Diagnostic classification.
Training records are retained while needed for course access, support, completion verification and the agreed enrolment arrangement. Records are reviewed when that arrangement ends and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, subject to any applicable contractual or legal retention requirement. You may contact us about access to or deletion of your records.
Retention Periods
Enquiry data is not retained indefinitely. Information is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and in accordance with applicable law.
