Broker Intelligence Framework collects only the information reasonably required to respond to enquiries, operate the website, provide requested materials and understand site use where permitted. This may include your name, work email, organisation, role, enquiry details and limited technical or analytics data.

We do not collect client/employer data.
The enquiry form must not be used to submit client data, credentials, trading records or confidential incident material.
Data Purposes and Processors
Information is processed exclusively to deliver the requested operational capability development and scenario-based assessment materials, or to respond to specific enquiries. Data is processed using the following infrastructure:
- Hosting: Vercel
- Database: Neon Postgres
- Authentication: Auth.js (NextAuth)
- Forms: Processed directly via Next.js Server Actions
- Email Delivery: Resend
- Analytics: No third-party analytics services are currently integrated or tracking usage.
Retention Periods
Enquiry data is not retained indefinitely. Information is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and in accordance with applicable Cyprus laws.
