Built from brokerage operations, not abstract training theory.

Broker Intelligence Framework was developed from the practical problem of building reliable operational judgement across trading platforms, bridges, liquidity providers, reporting systems and human escalation chains.

The methodology focuses on the decisions that determine whether an exception is understood and controlled: what the evidence establishes, which source is authoritative, what remains unknown, who owns the next decision and whether the immediate operational objective has been closed.

Founder Profile

Uchenna Oranu ACSI is a multi-asset brokerage operations leader whose career spans interdealer broking, execution operations, liquidity, trading infrastructure, operational controls and team capability development.

He developed the Broker Intelligence Framework from the practical challenge of determining whether brokerage professionals can operate safely when evidence is incomplete, systems disagree and decisions carry financial, client or regulatory consequences.

His work focuses on operational judgement, evidence discipline, control ownership, escalation and the development of brokerage teams capable of managing exceptions with clarity and defensible closure.
